Games I run
I am a professional game master with [XX] years behind the screen. I run scheduled, ongoing tabletop roleplaying campaigns and one-shot sessions online, for players who pay a seat fee per session.

Format. Live sessions over voice and video, using a Foundry VTT virtual tabletop with custom maps and content.

Seats are charged on monthly subscription, canel any time.
how it works
Booking and delivery
Email me about an open seat. We talk about what you are looking for, I confirm a seat and a schedule, and you get a payment link for the table you are booking.
Sessions are delivered live at the scheduled time. You will get the virtual tabletop link and voice channel details before your first game, along with anything you need to make a character. No software purchase is required to play.
Payment is due at the start of each month. Seats are held once payment clears.
policy
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel more than [24] hours before a session and you get a credit toward a future session.
Cancel inside [24] hours and the seat fee is non-refundable, because the seat can no longer be filled.
If I cancel a session for any reason, you get a credit for that session.
Leaving a campaign is always fine. Any sessions you have paid for but not played are refunded in full.
No-show without notice is treated as a late cancellation.
For a refund, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. Refunds go back to the card used and typically appear within [5-10] business days.

Terms of service
A seat is for the named player and is not transferable without asking me first.
Sessions run on a published schedule. Rescheduling is handled by agreement with the table.
I run tables for adults [and for players aged XX and over with a guardian's consent]. Say so up front if this applies.
I can remove a player for harassment or conduct that makes the table unsafe. Unplayed sessions are refunded when this happens.
Maps, handouts, and other content I create remain mine. You are welcome to use them at my tables.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
privacy
Privacy
I collect only what I need to run a game for you: your name, your email address, and a chat handle for session coordination.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by me. See Stripe's privacy policy.
I do not sell, rent, or share player information with anyone.
Sessions are not recorded unless the whole table agrees in advance.
